“Lisa and Jim were impeccable hosts and their property is darling. The RV is just right for a couple and comfortable / clean. We appreciated all the amenities and snacks. Really felt we were living in the country and the rushing river, fishing, scenic views were just around the corner. We enjoyed it so much! Though it was further from bigger cities, there are restaurants etc in Dolores. If you’re looking for a no-fuss getaway to the mountains, this is it!”

“This RV is very clean, has a spacious kitchen and helpful notes posted all around to make it user friendly. We were missing measuring cups and spoons, but once we mentioned it to Jim they were eager to accommodate with whatever we needed. It was a perfect space for two people. This next bit isn’t really a negative, just some information that may be helpful and might even already be listed. There is no cell service in the area so know where you’re going and have all the codes you need to enter the property. Once you log into the wi-fi you will be able to text and make calls.”

“You should stay here! Sleeping in a camper for a night was a fun adventure. It is a fabulous setup, with all the conveniences of home, including wonderful towels and toiletries, perfect pillows and a very firm bed. It is incredibly clean and sits in the most beautiful spot with nearby fruit trees, forest and river that you can hear when sitting outside. Lisa is a super welcoming and friendly host. In the morning we enjoyed the coffee and tea that was provided.”
