We had a wonderful one night stay here after visiting Mesa Verde – as soon as we stepped inside we wish we had booked for longer! The tiny house was surprisingly spacious, beautifully designed, well-built, spotlessly clean, comfortable and the best part was how thoughtful it was. Super functional, lots of innovative storage solutions, a great kitchen and little touches that made us feel right at home like coffee and milk, oil and s&p for cooking, and a very comfy couch and bed. Everything felt high quality and like the owners really put love into it. Jim and Lisa greeted us upon arrival and were really welcoming. The area is very peaceful and just a short drive to Dolores. We have stayed in hundreds of airbnbs and hotels over the last year of traveling and this is honestly one of the best. Hope to return and explore more of this part of the country!

We enjoyed the stay and beautiful surroundings. Jim was very friendly accommodating and we enjoyed meeting him. The house was clean, cute, and a fun change from the normal house experience. We stayed during a cool snap and the floor was a bit cold on our feet but the beds were nice and cozy.

This place was amazing! Never stayed in a tiny home before and it was so cool and cute!! I’d do it again in a heartbeat The place was immaculate and all instructions were super clear.

I enjoyed my stay at Jim’s, the process was very smooth. I had a few hiccups on the way to my stay but Jim was very helpful & made the process light & easy, will definitely be back again!

“Never stayed in a tiny house. Very different experience. interior was immaculately built with great workmanship. Would be pretty tight for very tall people. The sleeping areas were very snug but slept great. well equipped kitchen. Lots of entertainment options on the TV. Heating cooling was perfect with a mini split. Great stay.”
