The motor home accomodation is a Winnebago View 24D.

The Space

The layout is spacious due to the slide out and open floor plan. The motor home includes two queen beds, one is a Murphy bed that drops down over the sofa and the other is located over the cab in the front. The bathroom has a sink, toilet and shower. There is a closet with hanging located off the bathroom. The kitchen has good counter space, a two basin sink, a two burner gas cooktop, a microwave convection combo oven and a refrigerator/freezer. All cookware, flatware and utensils are provided.

There is a flat screen TV with a sound system that includes an AppleTV for your entertainment. We provide complimentary Wi-Fi access. Environmental controls include AC, gas heat and ventilation.

Very comfortable accommodation perfect for a couple or single traveler. Beautiful quiet surroundings offer the perfect place to enjoy a respite from the city.
Please understand the accommodation is a motor home. It is a very comfortable space but it is different from other Airbnb cottages and homes as the systems are a bit different.
Guest access
Stroll about the 3 acre property. The property is secured by a gate. We will provide you with a remote gate opener for your stay so you can come and go as needed. If we are unable to be here when you arrive to check in, we are set up for self check in. We will provide instructions before your arrival.
Other things to note
Once north of the town of Dolores the cell service vanishes. With the exception of reception in the town of Rico it is dead all the way to Telluride. So, please be sure to have all the directions and instructions downloaded. Once here we will connect you to WiFi.

Our properties are on a septic system. No additional items other then toilet paper should ever be flushed down the toilet.

  • The accommodations are not suitable for children.
